Thank you for visiting rrs.com.mx (hereinafter, the “Portal” or the “Site”). Below, we make available to you the Terms and Conditions of Use (the “T&Cs”) governing the use of the website of Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster (RRS Abogados, S.C., hereinafter “RRS” or the “Firm”).
Whenever the term “User” is used in these T&Cs, it refers to the individual accessing and using the Portal.
RRS reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. It is essential to read them carefully, as the mere use of the Portal implies knowledge and full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of access to the Site. The use of this Portal is not authorized for minors, and any acts carried out by minors on the Site shall be the responsibility of their legal guardians.
Authorized Use of the Portal
The User is only authorized to browse the Portal for personal informational purposes, including learning about the Firm’s profile, practice areas, team members, newsletters and specialized articles.

User Responsibility
All copyrights, trademarks, trade names, distinctive signs, texts, photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio files, clips, codes, sounds and/or video clips appearing on the Portal (the “Content”) are the property of RRS. The User acknowledges that use of the Portal does not grant any ownership rights over the Portal or any of its elements or Content, nor any exploitation rights existing or that may arise with respect thereto.
Any unauthorized use of the Portal may result in civil and criminal penalties for the User. RRS reserves the right to take any actions available under applicable law to verify compliance with these T&Cs. Should the User breach these T&Cs, the User shall indemnify RRS for any damages and losses arising from such breach.
Restrictions on Use and Access to the Portal
RRS reserves the unilateral right to deny access to and use of the Portal to any person who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as to any other person it deems appropriate, without liability whatsoever.
Responsibility of RRS
RRS does not guarantee that the Portal will be free from errors, viruses or interruptions. Likewise, RRS does not guarantee any specific result from the use of the Portal.
RRS further reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice to the User, the Content, image, information, configuration and, in general, any part or aspect directly or indirectly related to the Portal.
All information and materials contained in the Portal are provided for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as legal advice. Accordingly, RRS shall not be liable in any manner for the use made by Users of such information or materials, nor for their effectiveness or accuracy, and is released from any contractual or non-contractual liability toward the User.
The RRS Site may contain links to external websites over which RRS has no control and for whose content it assumes no responsibility.
Any transmissions made through the RRS Portal and communications with RRS through the Site shall not constitute or give rise to an attorney-client relationship with the Firm.

These T&Cs shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States and any international treaties executed and ratified by Mexico.
