Karla is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business practice group, specifically serving as an in-house counsel for ACR’s Corporate practice. Her primary focus is on corporate law, drafting contracts, and advising clients on business matters both in Mexico and abroad.
In 2016, Karla joined Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster, where she currently serves as a Senior Associate on the Corporate & Business team. Before joining the firm, she was part of the practice team at Correduría 73 in Jalisco, where she worked for a period of one and a half years.

Ivonne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara and a Diploma in Hospital Management from Cornerstone International Community College in Canada.
She began her professional career in 2019 in administrative and customer service roles at Landsberg. She later joined CSK Concrete Group as an Administrative Assistant, where she was responsible for project follow-up, inventory management, and monitoring supplier payments. From 2022 to 2024, she served as Food Service Supervisor at Samsoonie Noodles & Rice, leading administrative operations and personnel management activities.
Ivonne joined the Firm in 2024 as part of the Reception team and currently serves as an Assistant in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, providing administrative and operational support to the team.
