We focus on preventive and corrective compliance matters before the IMSS, INFONAVIT and other local and federal administrative authorities, assisting clients in audits and administrative litigation proceedings to protect employers’ interests and mitigate regulatory risks.
Services
Our Social Security team specializes in three core areas: compliance, which addresses preventive social security matters; construction-related legal advisory, which focuses on social security matters specifically related to the construction industry; and litigation, focused on the defense against tax assessments and claims.
We provide our clients with the confidence that their matters will be handled through a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach.
Compliance: We advise our clients taking into account the specific needs of their industry and business operations, seeking to minimize potential risks. We have advised our clients on a broad range of matters, including workplace risk premiums, employee registration updates arising from restructurings, employer substitutions, agreements before social security authorities, salary base contribution integration regarding non-mandatory employee benefits, registration of foreign employees, and the preparation of formal consultations before the IMSS and INFONAVIT.
Construction-related legal advisory: We guide our clients step by step in planning the strategy for carrying out construction works, as well as in the administrative and legal control of workers’ contributions applicable to the construction industry, review of compliance opinions, and assistance with consultations, inspections and responses to administrative requests.
Litigation: We have extensive experience filing administrative appeals, initiating federal and local administrative litigation proceedings, and representing clients in amparo proceedings arising from employer assessment claims, reclassification of workplace risk categories or premiums, employer-employee contribution assessments, payroll tax credits, and alleged violations of applicable laws or regulations.Administrative appeals.
We develop the strategy our client needs based on an understanding of its specific needs and business rationale, supported by the dedication and creativity of our team. Our objective is to provide clients with solutions to resolve any situation that may disrupt their operations.
