� Minimum Stock with which the General Stores of Deposit, Exchange Bureaus, Financial Agencies and Financial Lessors must count in 2010. ? � The General Law of Organizations and Assistant Activities of Credit, gives the Public Treasury Department the faculty to determine during the first trimester of each year, the amounts of minimum stock necessary in order to constitute and organize new General Stores of Deposit and Exchange Bureaus, along with those necessary to keep operating the ones already authorized, including the Financial Lessors and Financial Agencies. Do to the above, the Agreement by which the minimum stocks that the General Stores of Deposits, Financial Lessors, Financial Agencies and Exchange Bureaus must have in 2010, was published in the Official Gazette in March 31, 2010, in which an increase of 3.57% of such minimum stocks was determined, in regard to the amounts established for 2009. Consequently, the affected organizations must, before the last working day of 2010, count with a minimum stock, entirely paid and unable to be withdrawed, for the following amounts: �?
