Thanks for visiting rrs.com.mx (hereinafter the "Portal" or the "Site"), we hereby submit for your consideration the Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "T&C") that regulate the use of the Portal for the firm Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster (RRS Abogados S.C., hereinafter "RRS").
When this Terms and Conditions use the term the "User", they are denoting the individual that access and uses the Portal.
RRS reserves the right to modify at any time these T&C. It is indispensable to read carefully the T&C ever since the simple use of the Portal implies acknowledgement and full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions that are in force at the moment the user access the site. User Responsibilities

The user recognize that the use of the Portal do not grants any property rights over it, any of its items or contents, as well as no exploitation privilege over the Portal and its Content.
Unauthorized use of the Portal in accordance with this T&C may bring several civil and criminal consequences to the User. RRS reserves the right to undertake any actions that by law may be applicable to verify compliance with the T&C. In case the User violates the T&C's provisions, it shall indemnify RRS for every damages that may be caused due to the violation or incompliance.
Restrictions to Use and Access of the Portal
RRS reserves the right to unilaterally deny the access and use of the Portal to every person that breaches the Terms and Conditions, and all those it deems pertinent without any responsibility.
RRS's Responsibility
RRS do not guarantee that the Portal is free from errors, viruses or interruptions. Likewise, RRS do not assure any specific result from use of the Portal.
Likewise, RRS reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice to the User, the Content, image, information, configurations, and any other aspect or item directly or indirectly related with the Portal.
All information and material contained in the Portal is merely informative and must not be seen as legal advice, so RRS will not answer in any way for the use given by the users to it, or to the effectiveness or accuracy of the information, disclaiming from any kind of responsibility towards the User.
The Portal may contain links to other websites over which RRS has no control and is not responsible for their content.
Transmissions made through the Portal and communications with RRS through the Site, do not constitute in any way an attorney-client relationship with the Firm.

This T&C are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the Mexican Republic, including those international treaties executed and ratified by México.
