• Support in out-of-court negotiations concerning violation of Industrial Property rights;
  
• Requesting precautionary measures against violations to the Industrial Property Law, set by the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, and for the defense of enforcing such measures;
  
• Proceeding with appeals against administrative rulings issued by the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property;
  
• Proceeding with lawsuits, monitoring trials, obtaining rulings, third-party court appearances, and defense before the Regional Chamber for Intellectual Property of the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice, solely based in Mexico City, against acts of the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property;
  
• Proceeding with lawsuits, monitoring trials, obtaining rulings, and third-party court appearances in direct and indirect amparo proceedings pertaining to Industrial Property Rights;
  
• Presenting, monitoring and obtaining recommendations before the National Commission of Human Rights, for acts by the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property that may transgress fundamental rights;
  
• Entering into transaction agreements, by means of which the parties settle any Industrial Property lawsuit.
