General Background
Javier is a Law graduate from the Enrique Díaz de León University, where he was a permanent member of the student debate and oral advocacy group of his generation.
He joined the firm in 2015 as a member of the Administrative team, and subsequently in 2021, he integrated into the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice team at our offices in the City of Guadalajara.

His practice focuses primarily on commercial, civil, and family law. Javier has professional experience in the formality of proceedings in local, foreign, and federal courts, as well as coordination, strategies, and direct dealings with officials for prompt and objective resolutions. Another skill of Javier in practice is drafting written projects in the relevant areas.

He completed his pre-university studies at the Centro Universitario de Monterrey.
He has participated in various congresses, courses, and diplomas, focusing especially on law and its procedure in the current context. He also successfully completed the colloquium on organizational structure and procedures imparted by the Consejo de la Judicatura del Estado de Jalisco.
