Natalia Gutiérrez received her law degree from Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara in 2021.
She has developed her practice in the Corporate and Business practice, where her main focus is the drafting and review of all types of contracts, drafting of meetings, among other corporate matters, as well as the search and implementation of solutions to legal conflicts.
Natalia Gutiérrez brings with her the experience of having worked for two years as in-house counsel for an international pharmaceutical company, which gives her valuable insight into the needs of corporate clients.

Natalia Gutiérrez currently works as a Jr. Associate at Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster, in the Corporate & Business area in the Mexico City office.
Before joining the Firm, Natalia Gutiérrez worked in the corporate legal area of Heranza Consultores, where she collaborated in the drafting of the bylaws of different companies, minutes of ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meetings and performed due diligence for several companies and participated in a variety of intellectual property proceedings before the IMPI and INDAUTOR.
Prior to that, she worked at Integroup, where she was a legal intern in the civil and commercial litigation area.
