General Background
Jessica holds a Law degree with a Specialization in Obligations and Contracts, receiving Honorary Mention from the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus.
Her expertise area includes various legal disciplines, with focus on Civil, Commercial, and Constitutional Litigation. This allows her to manage disputes that arise within the framework of private rights and obligations (Civil Litigation), business transactions and relationships between companies (Commercial Litigation), as well as issues related to the interpretation and application of Constitutional Law (Constitutional Litigation).
She has experience in resolving legal disputes through extrajudicial means and litigation. This approach encompasses negotiation, offering parties the opportunity to reach resolutions without public exposure of court trials (according to the client’s best interest).
