General Background
Emmanuel Ibarra holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Law, received from the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus. Master in Public Law, with majors in Labor Law and Social Security, as well as in Constitutional Law and Amparo at the same institution, in which he also attended seminars in Legal Research and Philosophy of Law.
He concluded a Master’s degree in Labor Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
Member of the Labor Law Committee of Young Entrepreneurs of the COPARMEX (Mexican Employers’ Association). Partner at Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster, he directs our practicing team in Labor Law. Before his involvement in Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster, he directed the Guadalajara offices of Díaz Mirón & Associates, S.C., a law firm specializing in Labor Law with its primary offices in Mexico City.
He has been distinguished by the Ranking of Best Lawyers in Mexico published annually by Chambers & Partners.
