General Background
Daniela Márquez has a law degree by the Universidad Panamericana (Guadalajara Campus).
She began her professional career in the Fourth Family Court of the First Judicial District of Jalisco, as a meritorious attorney.
She was part of Torres Morante (2017-2022), where she acquired experience in civil, commercial, and family litigation, as an intern and attorney.
She joined the Firm in 2022, as part of the Corporate and Business team, oriented to the Intellectual Property area, in our offices in Guadalajara.

Daniela supports the Corporate and Business practice, specializing in Intellectual Property.
Her practice focuses on the corporate and litigation aspects of Intellectual Property, including Industrial Property: trademarks, industrial designs, trade names, trademark registrations in the United States; Copyrights: works, image rights; Privacy and protection of personal data; and Litigation in these three areas: contentious proceedings, infringement, nullity and expiration proceedings, as well as nullity suits.

-Universidad Panamericana campus Guadalajara (2015-2020) Law degree. Graduated with honors for the defense of her thesis "El deber de cuidado en la responsabilidad civil extracontractual, un análisis comparado" (Duty of care in tort liability, a comparative analysis).
-Diploma in Personal Data Protection (2023) by the Instituto de Transparencia, Información Pública y Protección de Datos Personales del Estado de Jalisco (ITEI) in collaboration with the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara, Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados (INCAM) and other associations.
-General Industrial Property Course (2023) by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
-Industrial Property Seminar (2022) by the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI)
-Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration (2021) by the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Oriente (ITESO).
-Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution (2020), course certified by the Institute of Alternative Justice of the State of Jalisco (IJA). In process of certification for official mediator by the State of Jalisco.
-Vis East Moot Hong Kong (2018-2019) Member of the Panamericana University Representative Team. Speaker. Honorable Mention Honorable Mention winning team for the plaintiff's memorial.
-Panamericana University ICC Moot. Participant as guest arbitrator of hearings.
-Vis Pre-Moot of the Universidad Panamericana campus Guadalajara. Participant as guest arbitrator in hearings.
