Attorney by the Escuela Libre de Derecho, specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and business strategy.
With over 18 years of professional experience, Flor has represented several companies y different sectors, implementing adequate legal strategies that allows them to leverage the business opportunities, providing personalized, efficient and timely advisory, and seeking their legal soundness, as well as prevention and mitigation of potential legal risks.
Currently, Flor is a Partner in Ramos Ripoll & Schuster, as head of the Corporate and Business area in the Mexico City offices.

Practice Area
During her professional career, Flor has always developed in the private sector, in the corporate, and business areas of prestigious Firms in Mexico City.
Before joining Ramos Ripoll & Schuster (August 2022), she was head of the Corporate Law area of Bernal Stoopen y Asociados, S.C. (2016 – 2022), advising several Mexican and foreign companies in various sectors, some of them world leaders in their respective branches, such as, automotive, consumer products, transport, foreign trade, among others.
Previously, she legally advised, as an In-House lawyer to the company Gala Steel, S.A. de C.V. (2012 – 2016), advising on the implementation of contracts for its operation and on the implementation of legal strategies. Prior to her participation in Gala Steel, she worked as a senior associate at the law firm Tellaeche y Arrangoiz, S.C., leading several projects (2009 – 2012). Previously, finishing her law degree at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, she joined the law Firm Romo, Paillés y Guzmán, S.C., where she worked from 2007 to 2009. During her career, she worked at the law firm Cervantes, Aguilar Álvarez, Sainz y Verduzco, S.C. (2003 – 2005), as an intern. Her first job was the Public Notary No. 19 of Mexico City, with Mr. Miguel Alessio Robles Landa, while studying the first years of her professional career.

Academic and Professional Activities
- Flor teaches the subject of Securities and Credit Operations (Títulos y Operaciones de Crédito) and Civil Contracts II (Contratos Civiles II) at Universidad Iberoamericana.
- Currently, Flor is chair of the Committee of Best Corporate Practices and Secretary nonmember of the Board of Directors of Grupo 365, a group of leading companies in the different branches of foreign trade logistics with integral solutions for air, sea, land and intermodal traffic. Flor is an important part of the institutionalization of this organization and in the implementation of its corporate governance and strategic planning.
- She currently serves as secretary of the Legal Subcommittee of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Business Coordinating Council (Consejo Coordinador Empresarial “CCE”).
- Flor actively participates in the current review and adaptation of the 2018 version of the Code of Principles and Best Practices of Corporate Governance of the CCE.
- She has participated in various seminars, symposia and workshops on best practices in corporate governance and analysis of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles offered by the Business Coordinating Council (CCE), the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (IMEF), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the National Association of Independent Professional Directors of Companies, A.C. (CNCPIE).
