General Background
Ruben DarÃo is experienced in national and international commercial arbitration. He has acted as both attorney and arbitrator under the regulations of the ICC, ICDR, CAM, CANACO and in ad hoc proceedings.
He has supported other lawyers and law professionals of different companies in designing alternative dispute resolution methods for a wide variety of complex conflicts, and he has been mediator in numerous ad hoc and administrative proceedings.
In the field of international trade, he advises parties in various aspects of private transactions, in regard to agreements, payment methods, Incoterms, guarantees, customs or usage of trade, among other matters.
