General Background
Fernanda brings over five years of experience in the human resources area, such as organizational development, operations, public relations, and business partner, garnered from her experience across diverse sectors such as Agriculture, Technology, and currently Legal. Her professional journey has given her the knowledge in managing teams ranging from 20 to 3,000 employees, orchestrating events, and streamlining internal processes.
In January 2024, Fernanda assumed the role of Human Resources Coordinator at Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster. Previously to this, she spent four years at HCLTech Mexico, a Indian technology development company, where she made significant contributions within the Human Resources department.
Fernanda's academic background is rooted in International Relations, at ITESO from 2015 to 2019. During her studies, she engage into various Civil Organizations, developing skills in fundraising, and providing multifaceted support across different areas.
